Competitor and KOL insights to support the launch of a new neurodegenerative disease product
Pre-conference we prepared a detailed conference planner of the sessions of interest, and a pre-conference deck highlighting key themes, relevant talks, posters, congress sponsors and exhibitors.
Over the two day conference our primary research provided status updates on key competitor assets and a comprehensive view of KOL perceptions of novel therapies in development —including the client’s.
The conference coverage provided the client team with valuable insights into competitor strategy, clinical development and regulatory timelines.

Market insights as brand team prepared to launch new hematology product in US, EU and Japan
As part of a 12-month monitoring engagement we attended three conferences in US and EU. During conference we provided the client with comprehensive daily debriefs which included primary insights and analysis of new data presentations.
The project provided the client team with insights into their main competitor’s clinical strategy and regulatory/launch timelines. This helped the team to anticipate and plan for future competition in the space, and to gauge likely positioning and messaging that competitors will use at launch.
