What it takes to be part of CHR:
PhD/ Post Doc in Life sciences, or a relevant field. Exceptional candidates with other academic qualifications will also be considered.
Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and the development and commercialisation of a pharmaceutical product
Demonstrable understanding and experience of a commercial/ business environment. We will also consider unpaid work including commercial interaction with societies at university
Strong research and analysis skills, ability to conceptualise analysis into processes and frameworks
Initiative to work independently and take ownership for results
Excellent IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Curiosity and desire to learn
Proven leadership within business or a university society
Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively and succinctly both verbally and in writing
Foreign languages desired, though not essential
Continually develop and enhance your understanding of the sector, commercial, industry, and regulatory dynamics as well as different disease states
Proactively support the partners with business development activities and the generation of project proposals
Participate in client meetings and presentations throughout the research and delivery phase of a project, including potential travel to client sites to support the delivery of project presentations
Primary research - speaking with prescribers, KOLs, patient advocacy groups, company sources and financial analysts, over the phone and at conferences
Produce robust qualitative and quantitative research findings, with a range of tools and techniques, to generate insights and develop client recommendations
