Mital initaially started as an HR consultant, with significant experience in people development and strategy.

Nothing gives her more joy than seeing people succeed, grow and feel fulfilled by what they do and this will always be her ‘why’ for where she chooses to spend time and energy.

In recent years, Mital found a love of helping small businesses to flourish whilst honouring the best of everything that has made them successful so far.

Outside of work, Mital is an enthusiastic and improving amateur baker, and lover of the sun and sand.
